As part of the Professional Services team, my role is to ensure a smooth implementation of Unit4 ERP, with a particular focus on HCM systems.
I work closely with HR and Finance teams to understand their requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project. I oversee the integration between the HRMS and ERP platforms, ensuring seamless synchronization. In addition, I facilitate business requirements workshops, baseline agreed requirements, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, product, and cloud teams to deliver on project objectives.
Bose Professional (2019 -2021)
Regional Project Manager, Global Sales Operations, APAC
As the Regional Project Manager for Global Sales Operations at Bose Corporation, I oversaw improvement projects for SAP and CRM systems related to Bose Professional's sales operations across the APAC region. My focus was on enhancing critical business processes such as Lead-to-Customer (L2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) targeting distributors, resellers and local partners system integrators. Additionally, I managed the rollout of customized ERP system features, including B2B2C procurement portal and a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce website with integrated payment solutions across APAC, EMEA and US.

I delivered a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management application that offers timely and accurate insights using predictive analytics, data mining, forecasting, and optimization. This solution assists Mobile Operators and CSPs, including Singtel and M1, in redefining their business strategies to safeguard their revenue streams and mitigate fraud risks.

I managed Unified Communication (UC) projects simultaneously, covering cloud solutions, virtualization, data and networking, as well as the system integration of communication solutions. This involved working with a multi-disciplinary infrastructure, including Data Centre, Network, Storage, Virtual Server, and Middleware, to integrate IP communications, collaboration products, and applications (UCaaS, SaaS, IaaS) into a unified system. The systems I worked with included Cisco, Avaya, Mitel and Microsoft, among others.

I managed telecommunications projects in the maritime offshore and oil & gas sectors, covering various phases such as FEED requirement studies, tender and sales support, order fulfillment, logistics planning, system integration, quality and compliance issues, site acceptance testing, and field service commissioning.
The systems I worked with included GMDSS, PAGA, UHF/VHF radios, radar, gyro, GPS, AIS, entertainment systems, Bombardier's Oilfield Monitoring Telemetry System, and Kongsberg's DPS system.
